Clontz Newkirk appraised a portfolio of 21 drug stores and retail properties located across a 3 state region from Richmond, Virginia to Florence, South Carolina for equitable distribution purposes. We were able to complete this assignment within 45 days of the initial contact because of our large, competent staff. We successfully provided litigation and support services over a 60-day period, after the valuations were completed. This assignment required a cost, sales and income analysis based on local market data to determine the value of Drug Stores and Retail Centers.
