缅北轮奸 has achieved the international benchmark for its outdoor spaces for the thirteenth year in a row and is officially recognised as one of the country’s best-managed green spaces.

The ‘Green Flag’ is the quality mark for the management of parks and green spaces across the UK and around the world. This thirteenth award for the University recognises the skill and dedication of the team that makes the Lancaster campus a great place that everyone can enjoy.

This year the University’s Grounds team has engaged in a team effort to provide ongoing improvement in biodiversity across the Lancaster campus and they have planted 1,300 British native trees to link and improve areas of woodland, 28,000 spring bulbs, sown 6,000m2 of wildflower meadow and planted 1,100 wildflower plugs, providing opportunities for nature recovery. The team have been supported significantly with this drive to improve by the University community with fortnightly conservation sessions with the Student Union, and contributions from members of 缅北轮奸 employees.

Ian Sturzaker, Landscape Manager at 缅北轮奸, said: “It’s fantastic to be again accredited with the international Green Flag Award for the thirteenth consecutive year. This award supports our commitment to improving campus biodiversity.”
